I need someone to build a website with database for me where people can have their own 'portfolios' and sell there items through my site. Will explain more upon request

www.monster.com and www.careerbuilder.com. Our career site is more in the medical field. We want a site that will handle both kinds of businesses in one site. We do not want to copy these websites just use some of the same ideas. We already have our domain name. We also have another site that we need built. Give us a good price and you could win both jobs! Final Product:
The finish product should contain all of the standard website functionality and specific functions listed above for both the website & database. The database should be easy to navigate, maintain, and update. The entire website and database should be flexible enough to be hosted in the cloud or on a personal web server. The finished product should not require expert knowledge to maintain.

We need an informational website with 5 to 10 html pages to be programmed.
We DO NOT accept templates, and we need all final files: ai, psd, etc.
