Fix problems with my game boy color Java Emulator

I have a Java Emulator which plays Game Boy Color roms. Some of the games have small glitches when played using this emulator but I only care about the fact that Pokemon Crystal has problems.
So what I want is for someone to modify this emulator (I’ll give you source) so that it plays Pokemon Crystal fine. It plays all the other Pokemon games just fine but in Pokemon Crystal, some letters are missing like S, B, and R from sentences. Also there are some graphical glitches; here are some examples:

The 2nd thing I would like done is to have a graphic that I give you to put as the preloader of this emulator. So when the game is loading, it displays my graphic.

or wherever it is in the game i don't fully know how this works you may know better than me. Seems stupid having admin as the owner of a business all the time would be good to let others become owner sometime.
