pdf schematic.
I already have garber files using altium if needed from previous revision and everything is working fine with rev 1 board.
On this rev 2 only new module and some minor changes are added for which i need new pcb design.
en prepare PCB design in 2 to 4 layers. The designer should be capable of validating the design based on the established norms or recommendation of the component manufacturers. The first job involves designing of PCB having SIMCOM Gsm Module Model 900A and GPS module based on the available schematic. We will prefer a designer who has understanding of the functioning of the gsm/gps modules and relevant care to be taken in such design.

Layout must be done using ORCAD software (Layout or PCB designer).
Deliverables will be ORACAD PCB files as well as Gerber production files.

I have a
PCB layout based on an atmel 32 bit microcontrolller, with an erthernet PHY.
It has
1 RJ45 Connector
3 off 2.5mm audio jacks
1 off 10 way terminal block
1 barrel power jack
The PCB size is 90mm x 78mm
ct based on a Texas Instruments Davinci DSP processor.
Your job will be to take an Orcad/Allegro EVM "reference" design and modify it to suit my needs. This will involve removing many ICS, circuits and connectors (and moving a few too).
The DSN and 10 layer BRD files can be provided when you need them.
I believe there is not much more that 100 hours work over the next few weeks for a talented individual.

When adaptor is connected, providing 19,5V, batteries are disconnected from outer system
Batteries are being charged, outer system is being powered ,both supplied by this adaptor. At time when 19,5V of external power are present, no connection between batteries and outer system is made.
When there is no external supply, batteries are automatically connected to the outer system.

The layout for both PCB's will be 5 across x 10 down. The panel needs a gap in the y direction of 18mm and 0mm in the x direction. There needs to be a border of 10mm all around the outside. One PCB is 48mm(x) x 16mm(y) approx and the other is 45.5mm (x) x 17mm (y) approx.
They are both single sided, with solder mask and silkscreen and one of them has a peelable mask.
