provide C# or C/C++ source code libraries that manipulate the video/audio raw data of mpeg 1 and 2, such as adding meta data such as title, alter timing data, programmatically extract sections out of mpeg file and join them to form a new file, etc. and programmatically burn mpeg 2 onto DVD for a regular DVD player to play back on a TV set.

You need already have experience and mpeg-2 manipulating source code libraries. Only should mpeg programming experts bid.
