This project is for 50 x PR3+ one way PERMANENT text links from relevant websites. It is for experienced link builders only. If you are not experienced then you will not be considered.
I am VERY familiar with SEO and am incredibly fussy when it comes to the quality of work. If I am happy with your work then there is a lot more work available. I would like to forge long-term business relationships with skilled link builders.
When bidding you will be including samples of your work so I know you are experienced. Please also indicate that you have read the requirements below.
Remember, if you are not experienced or cannot meet these requirements then do not bid on this project.
Project specifics
* Client is a business broker in Australia
* 50 x PR3+ one way permanent text links from relevant websites
* Australian websites preferred but not essential
* Timeframe: 1 to 2 months from project start to finish
* Keywords will be supplied to the successful bidder
* Project to be started within 5 days of winning the project
Requirements
* Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire. No sites that require ongoing payments.
* The actual page the link is placed on must be PR3 or above (not just the main site).
* One link per domain. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses.
* Including my link, there are to be no more than 12 outbound links per page on which links are placed.
* Links must be do-follow and must be one way.
* All links must be placed manually. No use of automated systems or software of any kind.
* Only links from relevant sites will be accepted. Link pages must be relevant to the anchor text being used.
* Links must be text only and will contain the chosen target keywords in anchor text.
* The links must be added at a MAXIMUM rate of 3 links per day.
* Link page must be at least 12 months old.
* Links must not be labelled sponsored, links, ads, etc.
* Link page must be indexed and cached by Google within the last 30 days.
* Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
* Include the text "aussie-seo" when contact me or bid for this project. This way I know you have read these requirements.
* Use backlinks from authoritative domains only. These are: .com, .net, .biz, .org, .us, .co.uk, .gov, .edu, .ca, .au
* Linked sites must be in production and active. Websites under construction will not be accepted.
* Link page should be from English language sites only.
* No free hosted websites.

* No Black Hat, or any techniques that may be considered spam or unethical. Only ethical work will be accepted.
* No links from blog comments, article directories, article submission, link farms, forums, blog farms, classifieds, directories, social bookmarks, free for all websites, profiles of social sites, spam sites, link directories, link exchange, guest books, web rings, gambling, dating, x-rated adult, violence, sex, hatred, hacker, warez, directory submissions, blacklist/banned sites. No ping sites, no links within newsgroups, yahoo groups. No links from websites with a Google ban or Google penalty. No sites that may be considered black hat or undesirable.
* No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, sites overrun with contextual ads, pop-ups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising,. No “Classified” sites, labelled links, etc.
* Links must be search engine friendly. Obviously, no cloaking, Javascript, Flash, hidden text, framed pages, etc. All links must be visible, readable & indexable.
* No fake PRs, java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc.
* URL should not contain “.../links/” in it, or anything similar.
* Link page should not be excluded by robots.txt. The link must not contain a rel=no follow tag (obviously).
* Links must not violate that site’s Terms & Conditions, Conditions of Use, etc.
Payment & Terms
* We reserve the right to refuse links that in our opinion are unsuitable.
* You agree to replace any link that expires within 12 months after placement.
* 40% payment after 50% of links are placed
* 40% payment after 100% links are placed
* 20% payment 30 calendar days after completion of project (I will be checking all links to verify).
Reporting
I will require an update in Excel every 3 calendar days. It will require the following information:
* Website name
* Website category/type
* URL containing link
* PageRank of URL (of the linked page, not the main website)
* IP Address
