publishing company with a serious reference title that we feel needs to be in every library.
---We are beginning a
sales campaign, targetting local libraries. Municipal (state, county/province, town, etc), religious (churches etc.), educational (high schools, middle and primary; NOT colleges & universities – they are being done separately.)
---The campaign will have two (2) phases:
1. Lead generation.
a. Name of library
b. Address
c.
Emaild. Phone
e. Name of purchasing librarian or purchasing officer.
2. Outgoing Contact.
a. Cold call (or
email).
b. Follow up with
email (or call).
c. Sale
---A provider responding to this
posting may want to suggest their own style/system. That is fine.
---The campaign will be divided into 26 regions:

reviews.
---Submitting
bids for Phase One. Please use the attached bid-form.:
· Select a region from below
· Bid for lead generation on a per/lead basis
· Submit a sample of at least 10
leads from the region you are bidding on
· If you are a group you may bid on one (1) region per person (provide a name for each)
· If you wish to bid on Phase 2 (
sales) indicate this.

bids for Phase Two Please use the attached bid-form.:
· Select a region from below (or the same as you have for lead generation in Phase One.)
· Bid for
sales on a per/sale basis (The one volume encyclopedia sells for $ 43.32+s/h)
· Indicate if you wish to submit sample
sales (maximum 10)
· Do not attempt sample
sales until we respond authorizing you to do so in the region you have chosen.
