I need an android programmer that can create a launcher similar to ZEAM Launcher (Check the Android Market) with custom logo and wallpaper.
Also very light weight with little animation and it will have shortcuts pre-deployed.

This is for a custom android phone that is being designed.

The screen size if 800 X 480 and it runs google Android 2.3.4

I need a launcher icon, and Promotional Graphic and Feature Graphic for my android application. The launcher icon and the graphics should reflect the apps work.

The icon has to be exported in 5 different sizes, the 2 banner ( Promotional Graphic and Feature Graphic) have a fixed size.
