Php Script - Add Shopping Cart/Membership Fees

We currently are running a custom PhP script and would like to make a minor modification and also add the ability to charge monthly fee for members. Site: http://www.poundthedrum.com 1. Modification: On the Action issue screen, we would like to move the name of person who sponsors an issue up to the top of the screen and add them into the Action Issue box. We want to add name, email address, and organization or blogger address. Location: http://poundthedrum.com/issue_detail.php?isdid=63&page_title=Issue%20Detail Action Issue ==================== Category Issue Title Description ==================== Champion (First Last Name) Email (address) Organization Citizens Action Committee (Embedded address in link - http://www.citizens.org) or Blog Firesidechat.com Embedded address in link - http://www.firesidechat.smith.com) (We would have three types of champions; individuals, organization, bloggers. Each would obviously have a name, but we would like the next line specific org or blog.) 2. Commerce: We would like to be able to charge monthly fee to each type champion, as a result we would like a php shopping cart added to the script and integrated into the registration so we can do that and also adjust fees when necessary.
