MS Access Database - Switchboard / Search / Reports etc
Required skills: Access DB
We have a MS Access Database with 2 tables (Clients, Treatments) all with data already in them for a beauty salon.
We are looking for someone to do several things to bring this MS Access Database up to a usable level for my client who has 350 clients and 30+ treatments in the above tables
We need a Switch Board interface created with Several elements / layers
Add Client
Edit Client
Delete Client
Search by Surname
Search by First Name
Add Treatment
Edit Treatment
Delete Treatment
Run A Report to show history of treatments for a client
Run A Report to show treatment history for any client
Run A Report (Based on Birth Date Month) e.g. 1st January - 31st January.
Run A Report to find out club members (this is a tick box)
Run A Report to work out average spend
Run A Report to work out average age of clients (based on D.O.B)
Run A Report to work out the most popular treatments.
It maybe better to explain more to the winner via Skype or MSN as the files are confidential so can not be uploaded.
Deadline for all work to be completed is Monday 22 February 2010 @ 21:00 GMT (UK)
We will need more doing at a later date as the client and company expand, so if your work is good enough then we maybe able to work together at a later date.

Publish An Ms Access Database
I need to somehow publish an MS access database so that it can be accessed via the internet. I want the menu to be a page and then the data to be entered right from the page.
The problem is I do not have a .ASP or MS compatible server.
So i am open to ideas!

I want someone to create a tool on MS Access.

Upload current month's and previous month's data and generate few reports out of that (Approx 9 reports)
One of the criterias of one of the reports will be to derive data of current month (hence that has to be taken care of in the coding.

sary fields. I have attached a word document explaining the layout of the first part with projections regarding the amount of work. I will supply all the data step by step using the same format as the word document to build the program. I will pay escrow half way through the project and not sooner as I had a bad experience with escrow paid in the beginning of the project. MS Access database editing
individual clients invoices, save these individual invoices as a pdf, and then email to clients. Way too cumbersome.
We are willing to speak with a Access programmer on possible solutions if editing in not possible, ie. a complete overhaul of the database to make it more efficient and user friendly. If we are happy with the work, future modifications and maintenance will be arranged.

Convert MS Access Database to MySQL Tables
ust have a few tables to go so need somebody who can do this work today.
I also need help with the tables that have been imported. They were imported as duplicate tables like if i had students table originally in mysql then we made another called students2 for the new imported ms access data.
