400 Forum URL Signature Creation - On Going

Hi,
I'm looking for someone experienced with creating forum signatures based on forum packets (similar to Angela's list).
You'll need to do a double parse so 1 day you'll create forum profiles and then 3-4 days later you'll return to actually post the signature containing given url with comment.
VERY IMPORTANT:
You must have great English skills and be able to leave relevant comments. This will need to be done on a monthly basis.
- Rejected links must be replaced
- Details should be logged in Excel Spreadsheet
- There will be lots of repeat work for the right person who can do this well
- Good feedback providers only

Editorial Image Design & Creation (on going)
Create daily image(s) to be use in our online content website. Designer will work with our editorial department in finding stock photo(s) some photo will need to be modify, retouch, and insert typography.
This is on-going and each week. Each day we produce at lease 4 articles and need 5-10 images.

400 Forum Packet Processing
rocess my monthly 400 forum packets. Very simple you just need to create a profile with 3 signature links using the list that I supply.
Packet should be processed within 1 month so 100 profiles per week and a weekly report sent to me.
