Glype 1.1 PHP Iran and base64

My Glype proxies are being blocked in iran as the govt has added a feature to their censorship apparatus that decodes base64 coding (the only method allowed by glype). I wish to solve this by using the method in http://www.no-filter.com/censor/downloads/No-filter_Glyp.zip which is applying rot13 encoding (not very secure!) to my existing proxy template or another method that would be more secure. An example template is at accessfast (.) info So a) cost to apply rot13 to an existing template or b) apply another more secure method to an existing template If b) please explain your idea - note if expensive will not do as dont earn a great deal from iranian traffic anyway. |

I have 2 PHP files (5KB and 7KB). The files have been encoded using MD5 and Base64. I need someone to decode the 2 files for me.
Should be simple and straightforward for the right person.
