I need a legal eagle who can offer me advice/service when it comes to finding the true legal owner of a website.

The site registered on an American hosting company and the owner(s) are likely American as well. The problem is, they registered the domain using a false P.O Box and phone number and we are trying to serve them with notice of a lawsuit.
