Need PSD to HTML for small website - budget is $ 100 or less

I have redesigned my existing website (www.hawaiianhypnotist.com) in Photoshop and need someone to convert my PSD files t HTML. I am not a graphic designer but know what look I want for my website. Here's a likst of some things I am looking for:
1. I want the actual website to look just like the PSD file(same fonts, etc)
2. No Flash
3. On my products page I need you add Paypal links for each product just like on my existing site.
4. I need you to make a simple contact form exactly like my existing site.
This is a relatively small project (just 9-13 different pages for the entire site). I will include all PSD files for each page. I would like the project to be completed within 2 days.
