is it possible to turn php/mysql website into an iphone/ipad app that would work when no internet signal is available?

It will have a city map, photos, weather. Also it will have 9 videos for each of the topics like attractions, tours etc that you can watch.

This should be a pretty straight forward app development for anyone with experience. Need this done for a good price and please PMB app building experience. There are many similar apps in the app store.

To create an iPhone / iPad app to enable the reading and searching of a collection of approx 80 books. The app will provide:

-Access the books through a menu system by Title/Chapter, etc.
-The ability to read the books and store book marks and highlights on the text.
-The ability to search the text in all the books.

There is an existing iPhone app [with different books] that you can use as a guide to what we want to achieve.

We need iPhone app for conversion images to PDF.
