Odds comparison set up (again)

Two developers have already let me down with this. I have a provider that sends me feeds with odds from 20 bookmakers about football matches. I need someone to filter those feeds, create tables and present them sorted by some specific criteria.
We need to sort the matches in pages by country and league, then for each match there should be a dedicated page, created dynamically. that page will show a comparison of the odds given by 20 different bookmakers for that match.
Also, some specific teams, we need to present them translated (i'll provide the translations).
I can provide full documentation from the feeds provider, example websites and any guidance needed by chat.
Due to the failure of the previous 2 developers, there is time pressure and I also need to make sure that it's working properly and updated constantly for a couple of days, before believing that the project is completed.

Joomla reconfigured and set up securely

Cpanel Set Up Again by postmedia
We require a quick turn around to set up a CPanel server. We farmed this project out last week and the provider still hasn't completed it. Fast turn around required, and the server needs to be made turn key ready including setting the domain DNS from our current host ( 1& - which do things a bit differently so be prepared )

Set up a VPS (Linux) and migrate a wordpress site (+domain)
days. The hosting provider I'm moving to told me that it will take a couple of days after signing up with them for me to get access to the VPS. So, while I take the actual time you will spend on this won't necessarily be that long, I do assume that the entire process will take around 10 days. Again I'm assuming you're experienced enough to account for this.

Wordpress blogs set up
ity plus the default blog plugin to easily create the other 20 blogs. Then you would tweek these to be sure they are properly set up like the sample blog I supply. I am not sure how Wordpress deals with the database issue although I suspect it uses a single database for all networked blogs. Again, I am open to a modified process if you prefer so long as the blogs have all the functionality I need.
