Need a PHP/SQL Shoutcast script that will allow us to change the stream ip and port
And grab all the songs and allow users to rate them 1-5 stars for the last 10 songs played.
Also needs to display the average rating of each song. I need this done in a few days not a week or month. And please no $ 100 bids this project budget is $ 75.00. If you do not complete I will file a incomplete report. This has been done twice. If you bid plan on completeing.

The menu should be tab system as i it is in the psd.

v1, v2, v3, v4… are the lines to select from the DB, and it must take up to 12 lines, and place them in variables so it can be place in HTML in the PHP like so:

And Display them for people to rate 1-5 stars, automatically. So when DJs play songs it should be automatically updating , there should be no manual updating , or uploading involved...

I need a website developer with PHP and MySQL experience to make a copy of my current Australian website and upload it to a sub folder on the host so that one can be used and setup for Global and International use.
