I am looking for someone to create some simple dynamic flash banners. I need many banners (100+) but your bid should be for 5 banners.
The dynamic banners you produce must have text and images that can be changed or updated.
I will show you a website with an existing header / banner, and you will convert the header to dynamic flash (including text).
You must be able to work fast.
You must show me examples of dynamic flash work you have done before. I'm not interested in your portfolio, just relevant links/work only.

time we have projects ranging from tiny to big and would like to find a freelancer to work with on a regular basis on these projects (banners, websites etc.). We make the design, but need someone to animate them and make them interactive. You need to be able to do some ActionScript as well.
