Simple User Data Entry Website
Required skills: Data Entry, Dreamweaver, Excel, PSD to HTML, Publishing
I'd like to start an HTML website for a book series idea I have, but I want users to be able to visit the website and enter their quick little antidotes to the topics I propose to them in a simple "main page" entry form.
They have to click on "I agree to the terms" button before their entry can be submitted. Also, I need their mandatory contact and background information in order for the form to be submitted.
I know a decent amount about Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, and building decent looking sites, but I don't have the time to do this project right now. And I don't know how to make a decent looking back-end with data capture. I have a server for all my other websites on Godaddy.com, so I just need someone to build the guts of this site and link it to a simple data spreadsheet so it's organized, by topic, to avoid a bunch of emails I have to sort through.
