Website for a Community with basic options
Required skills: MySpace, Social Networking, Wordpress, XML
This is for a community site. The needed specifications are as follows.
1. Registration/Login
2. RSS Reader with the "right now" update type - no delay.
3. The RSS Feeds would be for a specific section only which would be a message board.
4. In the site there would need to be a message board section, with the RSS Feed for RSS readers.
5. Section for registered users to have an "About Me" and able to upload 10 images as well as link video code (like YouTube embedding) to their page.
*If the video code embedding is a no-can-do, we would need at least for URLs to be recognized in the posts.
Yes, it sounds like MySpace and others, but we do NOT nearly have the budget they do. It will be only for a small amount of users. Let me know if you need more details. We hope to stay within our budget. A registered users page does not need to be individual. So, they will all look the same. It doesn't need to be fancy or stylish. Just so it works with the 5* listings we have and to stay in our budget range. It can be as basic as Craigslist, white with plain boring text.
