We will also be looking to do bulk emailing to this list and would like to know percentage of leads that will have phone numbers. Names and addresses needed for targeted snail mail. We will market many different products and trades within residential home maintenance and improvement to this list.

This is a very easy project will take I hope a few minutes of advice.
I have purchased bulk emailing software: TurboMailer
and... I have purchased: 1st SMTP Server
But I have a problem with setting the server up to work and send the mails out to the addresses I have. I kept getting symantec error messages ??????

Your email list must include yahoo and aol email addresses.
We have a 280 million address list and will give it to you for keeps but we expect another 100 mill address list from you.
So in Total 380 million emails must be send by the end of July
