I Am looking for a brand new custom design for a Bux or PTC website. I am looking for a website that models neobux.com. The free lancer must have knowledge of PTC websites but does not need to have designed one before. The freelancer must have and show knowledge on how to prevent cheating, multiple account creating from same user, and auto clickers.

I will need a banner design for the site, also i would like to add Alert Pay as an option for payment plan. This currently only accepts paypal payments.
