We are looking to create a Twitter application for Android.
The application must be visually top of the line. In addition the application must have the usability, functionality, and be visually as good as twidroid. The application must have an option to check for new tweets every user defined minutes. It must also have the ability to be run in the background.
We will take care of the icon and the graphics for splash screen for this application.
Finally the application must have a function that gets passed the text from the new tweets.

Once the user clicks their category it will need to take them to a screen where they can input specific information regarding an item, serial number, picture, description. Then I need all of this information stored off their phone in a database of some sort that can be retrieved if necessary.
