Create a graphic design to be sent as email

I need a graphic design made (which I have provided the general lay out)that is meant to grab attention and will be sent as an email. It needs to be made in such a way that the file is not a large size so the servers will allow it to be sent into the inbox. If there is a way to incorporate the picture of Mandalay Bay hotel and casino on it too that would be a bonus. If you do a great job I will consider for near future project. A sample of your work would be great too.

Wordpress Theme Design to be Changed
