To Create an on-line stock control database using a web front end and created in PHP with Mysql The applications should be ‘on-line’ with secure (username/password) logins. They should all support multiple simultaneous access. The company consists of 10 retail outlets It should be assumed that this will be subject to change with possible expansion.
Users The users can be split into three categories:
• Developers
• Administrators
• Shop Managers
• Shop Users
2.2 Administrators
They can run all applications and edit all fields
2.32.4 Shop Users
. They can run certain applications only (e.g. Stock Control) and edit fields in a limited fashion

Item Code (unique 8 digit number, incrementing automatically for new records)
Description (text 35 chars, unique)
Brand (lookup from Brand table presented alphabetically)

An administrator will be able to login and view the stock levels across the shops (similar to above) and be able to set the ‘Allocated’ fields of each shop.

Advanced Stock Control System
