Required skills: Data Entry, Leads, Sales, Telemarketing, Virtual Assistant
We have a position available for Real Estate Lead Generation in Australia. We are looking for experienced telemarketing agents who are able to produce results through telemarketing, and also have a knack for data entry/processing.
This is predominately a commission based job, with an hourly rate allowed for data entry/processing.
Commission for a lead that is converted into a listing will result in $ 15.00
There will also be a bonus for reaching assigned targets of property valuations.
Commission is paid weekly and is unlimited as long as you produced.
Requirements:
1. Excellent English Speaking Skills
2. Experience in Cold Calling & Sales.
3. Skype with high speed connection for quality calls.
4. Must enjoy speaking to people on the phone and be persuasive but not forceful.
5. Work as little or as much as you want.
6. Using a Google Docs worksheet, prepare a live report of leads detailing name, phone numbers, email address, mailing address and description of conversation & input leads into a web form.
7. Process data provided into required format & source phone numbers of home owners.
8. Candidates will be interviewed by phone so we can hear your voice and demeanor.
