Assist in the setting up of Windows Server 2008 etc today

Must be available TODAY for a few hours.
I have a task to set up and install a small network in a hotel. There will be 4 user PCs connected to the network. Part of this set up is the installation of the new server, including Windows Server 2008, and all configuration.
My experience is limited with this.
I am looking for someone who has had previous experience to assist me where needed.
You MUST know what you are doing with this software.
Typical setup of DHCP, firewall, user profiles, active directory, shared drives, wireless access etc
The server is now online - then you will log in via a VNC type web service (LogMeIn.com) to assist me with the set up.
Software used: Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, hotel software, Outlook

My Windows Server 2008
I recently set up a windows server 2008 with iis 7.5. I use it to share work files with coworkers and personal use as well via http, rather than ftp cause size vary and http easier to explain to other ppl at work. I was getting excellent speed 5000+KB/s, but after a while the speed is locked at 500-60KB/s. I need someone with the expertise to solve/fix this problem. I need a constancy on speed, regardless of how many GB are being downloaded or uploaded to server.
