Migration from Apache to Nginx on Windows 2003

I am looking for an expert in Nginx install on windows 2003. Speed of serving web pages is why I want to move to nginx
Current environment: Have 3 ip addresses.
Running the following webservers:
1)IIS to serve asp domain. Would love it if this can be done with Nginx but I don't know. (has its own ip address.
2) Apache 2. Running php 4. has its own ip address.
3) Apache 2.2. Running php 5. has its own ip address.
PHP 5 that I have may not be working correctly for cgi.exe as I get error when I double click on the exe file.
I run mostly joomla, prestashop and php list sites.
I need to know if the following can be done just from one instance of Nginx. Can I run php 4 and Php 5?
I want the fastest method of serving php. Fast-cgi or something like that.
PHP cache extension is a must. APC or if anything better is out there.
I would need a way to use mod_rewrite for my joomla and prestashop sites. That is important.
The server should be secure, fast and lightweight. Security is very important.
You will teach me how to add virtual hosts and I will learn from you how to update config file in nginx.
If you know how to do the above on windows 2003 then please contact me with your past work.
If you are a joomla expert on top of what I have written above then I have other things for you to fix also.

Migrate Apache to Nginx for Magento

Plesk Upgrade from 8.3.1 to 10 on Windows Server 2003 SE.
undreds of emails on this server. The server is running Windows 2003 SE. I am looking to upgrade to Plesk 10.x but it appears difficult to find someone with the proper knowledge to do this. Every time in the past we have upgraded Plesk, it breaks and does not upgrade efficiently. I hope someone has had experience doing this with little outage/downtime and without any data loss (email, web, database, etc).
