I am looking for a Bangalore-based company that can devote 85 man work days between 18th January and 27 Feb 2010 for a set of 4 website projects. The team needs to have strong skillets in the following areas:
Multi-media, Web site design and development
Web Applications and Software Development
Website to website communication and secure data transfer
Paid Membership Websites
Aggregator Websites
Secure Payment Systems
Form Autofill Technology
Content Management Systems i.e Joomla or bespoke
PHP script customization and Database expertise
Javascript, , AJAX, MySQL, Perl
Flash
SEO
Data Protection and SSL
Scalability/growth considerations for each website
I will be coming to Bangalore for 6 weeks to ensure fast development of the sites. I am looking to take a close role in the Project Management, supporting your team to ensure that there are no delays due to communication. I have a small UK business that I am seeking to rapidly expand with relatively limited capital, but the potential for future expansion is significant.
The four kinds of websites you would be working with me on developing are:
1. Used Vehicle Classifieds similar to www.mobile.de to include aggregator technology that will search other classified websites.
2. Client Form Filler website. The primary function of this website will be to have a central secure database of users personal information. The secondary function will enable the information to be accessed by several external client websites by user name and password by a secure link. Users will also be able to sign up and save information to the website via the client websites if not already registered.
3. Job Advertisement Website. Skills and services will be searchable by the user by term and geographical location. Results will be displayed on a google map by drop pins and listed by closest location. Each result will have a profile of the advertiser and an ebay like rating.
4. Holiday Property Rental Website with a blog social networking and a paid membership gateway
All Sites will need a CMS where I have full customization control of the site. I am looking for user friendly design and white space. All sites must be SEOd and search engine friendly. The code must be clean and simple. I will host the websites myself but I will require a 12 month snagging/maintenance period where any problems must be rectified and corrected when identified free of charge with maximum down time of 2 hours.
For all of this web development work, I estimate a requirement of around 85 man days, all to be covered between 18th Jan to the 27th Febuary.
For this level of resource I am prepared to pay a fixed fee of $ 2500 USD, and this should cover all of the work on all of the sites until they are completed. Likely overruns should be stated within the first 2 days of each project otherwise the fixed price for all projects applies regardless of when the project is completed by.
In effect I'm looking for the equivalent of 2.4 of your staff over 36 working days on a 6 day week for 6 weeks. Note however that I will need specialists in each of the technologies above, rather than two assigned staff members. I am also keen to learn more of the technical detail of the programming.
I am looking, therefore, for a company that has a great depth of expertise in all the technologies listed above, has a very customer-centric culture and is willing to accommodate this approach to business development because it values long-term client relationships very highly.

1. An example, specifically for *each* of the above technologies (AJAX etc) and site types of a site that you have built using that technology or site type
2. Client References of each site must be provided
3. Details of the staff you would be assigning - their educational backgrounds and level of experience
