We are seeking a team of adult webcam model recruiters to preform the following duties. You will be recruiting for the largest network of adult websites with over five million visitors per day, so your cam models make the most money. As they make money so will you!
Below I will explain the terms & payment structure on a pay-per-performance bases. It is important that you READ THE HOLE JOB DESCRIPTION and understand what we are looking for in a recruiter. If you cannot provide us with the volume asked, please DON'T BID on this project!
Your bid on this project should reflect the number of QUALIFIED models that you can send to our online application form in a 7 day pay period. ALL MODELS MUST BE 18yrs OR OLDER! With two forms of Government ID or Passport that will be needed in order to complete the application process. You will be provided with a tracking link (365 day return cookie) to the application form and receive an email every time a application is submitted though your link. You will also be provided with daily stats sent via Email, so that you may track your success. You must be available via Gtalk (Google chat) on a daily basis, 5 days a week, Monday though Friday between the hours of 2pm/3pm EST, or depending on your location.
We are mainly looking for "ATTRACTIVE" solo females & lesbian couples. We also accept Male/Female couples, Male solo, Gay solo and Gay couples. We need models from all countries that accept Visa, ie. Paypal & Epassporte.
TERMS:
- You WILL NOT solicit prostitution or anything Escort related in your recruitment efforts.
- Work starts the day your hired. You have 3 days to get "at least" 3 models under your belt.
- You will be paid every Tuesday via Paypal or GAF, it's your choice.. If you bring in large volume, Wire Transfer or Western Union will be an option twice weekly after your first month with us.
- THERE WILL BE NO ADVANCES NOR ESCROW. You are Paid Per Performance ONLY.
- All models must be human and 18 years of age or older, any fake applications will result in you being terminated and us not paying out.
- NO SPAM! Anyone found spamming WILL NOT be paid
PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
1.) 3 to 10 model applications per week - $ 0.50 per verified application. You will also get the first $ 15 of there earnings.
- Bonus: After 20 of your models are hired, you will receive an additional recurring commission of 2% of their earnings for as long as they work with us.
2.) 10 to 20 model applications per week - $ 1.00 per verified application. You will also get the first $ 25 of your models earnings.
- Bonus: After 20 of your models are hired, you will receive an additional recurring commission of 3% of their earnings for as long as they work with us.
3.) 20 to 40 model applications per week - $ 1.50 per verified application. You will also get the first $ 35 of your models earnings.
- Bonus: After 20 of your models are hired, you will receive an additional recurring commission of 4% of their earnings for as long as they work with us.
4.) 40 to 50+ model applications per week - $ 2.00 per verified application. You will also get the first $ 50 of your models earnings.
- Bonus: After 20 of your models are hired, you will receive an additional recurring commission of 5% of their earnings for as long as they work with us.
Recruiters that bring in 200+ hired and active models in a givin month will get even higher cash bonuses.
