Parse Image Galleries and Create Wordpress Post (PHP/MySQL)

I am looking for someone who is very skilled in PHP, MySQL and Wordpress to build a pretty simple script that parses image galleries and creates posts using the retreived content. I need this script right away so if you cannot start immediately then plase do not bid on the project.
I want a PHP script that does the following:
- pulls the most recent image gallery URL's from a table (they are timestamped)
- parses each url and retreives the images in each gallery, along with their links
- formats an HTML page with the images and links that were retreived from the gallery
- creates wordpress post in all the blogs that match the niche that the gallery corresponds to (this niche is
set in the table that contains the gallery urls)
- explain the script's functions and provide support
I will provide all the required database information and access once the winner is picked.

Create Wordpress Posts from XML Files

The script will allow for multiple XML feeds to be submitted by multiple people (each with their own user ID). It will run by cron once per day, per XML feed, checking for updates - and will update the wordpress posts as necessary.
When the script detects a new instance, it should create a new wordpress post, using the structured data inside the xml file. When the script detects a change, it should update the post to reflect the change.

In the custom field of the Wordpress post I need to post the episode id or link to the xml, with the php script this needs to parse the thumbnails and links. If the show contains a lot of links to episodes it needs to get 'paged' into links to different pages in ajax.
I will send a more specific briefing including links to the TV websites, links to other websites who already offer this and the php script after a pm.

A user uploaded image is next to each post and page summary.There should be a default image next to the summary posts if the user does not upload a picture for the post or page. The blog aurthur should be able to easily press a button to upload a related image for the post that will be resized for this feature.
