• Everything in the client side must be dynamic. It have to follow Web2.0 functionalities.
• Project must be .Net Technology with C# as Coding Language and with framework as 3.5.
• Database should be SQL Server 2008.
Development Guidelines:
• Rich Internet Application
• Very good Ajax Support
• It must be safe and secure
• Have to provide full source code
• Have to follow Dotnet Coding Standard
• Have to provide full documentation.
All site users will have the ability to past their comments, upload picture and videos, link etc exactly like facebook.com.

• invite friend,
• privacy setting
• information setup
• Wall
• The way to upload Photo and video in profile
• and so on.
Term and conditions:
• Provider has to provide his bid. Bid without project cost will be declined immediately.
• Provider has to provide time estimate to complete the project.
• Provider may use an open source application to fasten the development process but it must be based on .net technology.
• There will be penalty charge for every delay from the provider.
Time Line and payment:
• Project has to be divided into different phases and have to deliver each phase on time.
• First phase, design delivery and approval. 20% will be funded but not released.
• Second phase, first functionality. 20% will be funded but not released.
• Third phase, pre-final version. 20% will be funded but not released.
• 4th phase, final version delivery and approval. 40% will be funded but not released.
• final phase, 48 hours from the final version. 100% will be released.
• Providers are requested with the best time line to complete this project.
• I will not accept generic bids.
• Bids should be properly written and sent in a 'pdf format' with detials of time line, cost and previous work history.
