Integrate XML, FLash, design script with admin panel + shop

I need to use this script and customize the design so that it is unique for my website http://activeden.net/item/xml-print-shop/69863
-I need to have some sort of admin panel integrated where i can change the categories, items and designs available
-I also need a shopping cart integrated where clients can checkout an purchase their item with their design on it as soon as they are done designing the shirt.
-When a client makes a purchase they should be in the admin panel along with the design they ordered as well as all the other product details the client had.
I will only pick providers with reviews and previous work that has been verified. If you can show me a sample of a similar site that would be a plus!

Flash Action Script work
there is need of scroll option. There may be use of data grid and need external CSS file calling to make style for texts. I will choose only such coder who can show me any simple example where data is coming from external XML with text and image and also scrolling is happening. I will give 10 ratings if the coder satisfy me with the work. Finally all source code have to provide. I am also sending example to understand the work better.
