Video Chat app
Required skills: Flash, PHP, XML
I want a Video Chat application that can be run on 3 modes:
1. Public: Where the model is broadcasting and everyone can see, but no one can chat
2. Half Private: Where model is broadcasting and everyone can see, but only few people (with special access) can chat
3. One on One: Where model can do Full Video & text chat with 1 person.
We need the option to Broadcast & Stop Broadcast of Sound & Video separately.
The Video should read an XML file which will have the IP of the user or may be username (whichever is better) to whom it should allow access and also the time left in minutes to allow him access. If we use username, how will the flash know which username has the user logged in with, can flash read SESSION values ?
Also, we need the software to be restricted to our domain, it should allow anyone to juz check the broadcast steam path and use his own tool to view the model.
I am thinking of Flash for this. I would prefer working with someone who already has a Video chat app and can modify as per my requirement.

Complete existing Video Chat app in Flash AS3

Flashcoms Flash Video Chat Integration
users logged into the site will automatically be logged in to chat. The program uses RED5 server, which is set up OK, but need someone who can set up all of the "handlers / hooks" to our SQL site database. Once the chat is running, would need further help to ensure that each site member has display "I'm online" icon in their profile, and other links to the video chat system.
