inbound customer service / google earth mapping

This is mostly telephone work, but not really "sales" work. The prospect is
expecting a return phone call from us because we've already contacted them to
advise them we are scheduling aerial photography in their area, and they have
left a message on our voice mail indicating that they have interest and want
more info. Your job would be to call the client, give them a brief overview
of our service, direct them to our website, interview the client about what
sorts of aerial shots they want, while getting their location mapped in
google earth, saving their google earth jpg image and drawing a perimeter on
it using your paint program, getting the prospects' complete mailing address,
phone number, with correct spelling of client name, and email address, give
the appropriate pricing info to the client based on our criteria, then
emailing that info to the client with the attached google earth satellite
image.
Basic requirements are good phone (English speaking) voice/manner, experience
in customer service and/or telemarketing, attention to detail, some maturity
and depth because you will be talking to mostly small business owners, a high
speed internet connection, a PC with at least winXP, and the ability to use
the free program "google earth" to create the image map of prospect's
location and use "paint" program to draw perimeter or make notes on the
image.
This is piece work, we'll send you the client's voicemail messages that we've
received, you call them and give them the info they want, get them mapped,
get their contact info so they can be contacted by email and US mail with our
complete info package.
We pay $ 5 for each lead processed and you should be able to do 3 or 4 per
hour if you are organized.
We'd like to pay you daily by paypal for processed leads.
This is an independent contractor position and you usually will be calling
the leads Mon-Sat 9-5 in the local time where the clients are located.
Could be long-term for the right person.
