Build my Publisher Website from Template

I am in the process of building my new publishing house. I publish print-books, not ebooks.
Your job: Build a 3-page PhP-Website from the template attached to the project description. The website must meet the following requirements:
1) The website must be a fully editable PhP Website. In essence, the content management system must permit me to do the following:
I: Edit, create or delete pages from the website pages (all 3 pages) templates at a button touch. "Editing" includes the ability (and buttons for) changing the page background color and to upload files (PDF, excerpts of our books, audiobooks, etc.) to the website.
II: Change page images or background color at a button touch.
III: Must have a button for inserting a link that opens a drop-down menu with my email adress/contact information. The contact info/email adress must be editable.
IV: The system must be absolutely simple to use even for somebody who has NO experience with web design, web administration or HTML. I have no experience with Joomla either, so I need a simpler back-end/administration terminal fur updating/administrating my website than the one that comes for web designers. I'm merely a webmaster, not a designer.
2) Use the website attached to this project description as a template, but modify the template acording to the instructions listed below.
3) The website has 3 pages: 1. one main (index) page, attached to this mail,
2. one page with company infos, 3. one page devoted to a specific category of books. I must be able to edit or duplicate all three pages in the site manager that comes with this website. All 3 pages (including the main page) have text. The text comes always between the category graphics and shopping card items.
4) Provide the main page (and all pages created from its template) with a rotating banner effect in header where the images keep rotating at regular interval. Each image will be for a book and clicking on the image will take user to the book page.
5) Implement a simple shopping cart system that is part of the web design, meaning that it is seen (and integrated) on all pages, yet can be turned off by me for design purposes. The shopping cart language must be German, since our customers are Germans, too.
As for the modifications to the template, they are as follows:
1) Make the logo (that is, my company name with the logo to its left, which is set in front of the star-field) about as big as it is shown on my interegnum company page glory-books.de It should look really imposing. Logo is attached to this project description.
2) I need the page background (the light-orange part where the scrolls, text, pictures, etc are on) to be able to change its color at a button touch. Make it white as a default, to be changed at a button touch. Speaking of which, I need a specific button in the administration area, to change the page background as discussed just above.
3) Remove all images and text from the scrolls on the left, but otherwise leave the scrolls there. Remove all text from the long thin string banner just below the big picture banner in the middle of the page below the header. But otherwise leave it there. Both the scrolls to the left and the thin middle-scroll will serve as placeholders, while I purchase the scrolls I want for our website.
4) Add to the upper navigation bar navigation buttons that light up and make a tingling noise when you press them. Plus, I need a button in the administration area that lets me generate such buttons. After that, I can edit and link them myself.
Since the design work is already done, the budget is limited to $ 200. Payment will be handled like this: half upon starting the project, the rest upon finishing the project and delivering my Website.
Attention: I was badly burned by another freelancer before on a project very similar to this one but posted ealier. Hence, I'll have to insist that all of the requirements above be included in the project agreement. The project should be finished within 10 days after you start working.
