Wordpress to Blogger Xml Import
Required skills: PHP, Python, SQL, Wordpress, XML
I want a simple script by which my Wordpress MySQL database or the Wordpress exported xml file can be converted to a xml file which can be imported to a Google blogspot blog. All the posts and comments should be converted as it is with all the html code in them with the same dates. The WP authors' names should remain intact in the converted posts and comments. WP Categories for each post should be converted to the Blogger Labels for each post. The programmer should test on his own with a blog at blogger.com. I will provide the wordpress mysql database file or the exported wordpress xml file. Need it done quickly.
There is a converter which already exists but I don't know how to use it in Python. I don't mind if you can use the below script. I just it to be done.

he local WordPress server (uploads directory...doesn't have to be sorted by year/month)

That's pretty much it.
I have some other Wordpress plugins that I would like to develop and/or modify so it would be great to find someone that I could work with on a long term basis.

Customise XML Import Script
e script imports external feed data & changes 3 fields of the external feed data to match the data requirements of our DB.
The XML import script is similar to the MLS system used for USA real estate listings.

After having few bugs in my program, I need a small program in VB/C# to automatically post to blogger.com/wordpress blogs and any other blog that implements the XML-RPC protocol.
The info is out there, and I won't be surprise if you have to make a minor change in a program you can find online.

st. At the end of the day we're trying to rate the blogger and not just his/her posts. So every time I post something, I should be able to attach an element defined for a certain blogger to the post. Eventually each post should have a rating system titled 'Rate this blogger' or something like that.
