Basic Linux programming in C  

We need a programmer capable to write an Ea in C++ so it for example

identify price differences between current market price and moving average on every candle

in general to implement a given formula and to calculate it on every candle.

After EA is finished it should be converted to MQL so it can also be run on MT4

MS Windows) to help me on the method.

The program needs to:
- Increase the amount of Memory available
- Defragment physical memory.
- Recover Memory from Windows and applications.
- Recover Memory leaks from unstable programs.

Programming in C++, work both 32bit n 64bit at least Windows Vista, simple GUI will work. Focus on algorithm. Please provide me a document shows how you understand the Ramdom access memory and how you will optimize it.

Final step will be to also compile it for various linix platforms, what should not be a big problem, as it has ben written with this in mind already.
