Create a banner and logo for my website

Hello everyone,
I am looking for someone to design a banner and logo for my website on golf instruction. The plan is for my customers to feel trusted and welcomed upon enter the site and the banner and logo shall achieve that goal. My idea was to have a picture of myself in the banner as well the name of my site followed by a few things I can help golfers accomplish.
The logo will contain the words "Golf Instruction Guy" and must not be too flashy. Something simple that stands out and is effective. I would like to logo to be created separately from the banner for marketing purposes.
I will post two banners I created on my own in photoshop as examples of what I am looking for but you would put that professional touch on it! The header.jpg is the correct sized banner for my site and is 950 X 220 pixels.
Pretty straight forward task and I hope to get some good bids!
