IPhone+Android Experts Urgently

I am looking at creating a simple voice recording application that will work on i-phone as well as Andorid smartphones. The functionality is similar to itranscribe applicaiton available in app-store for iphone.
The application is similar to itranscribe app for iPhone.
We would like to see this application both for iPhone and Android platforms.
I have attached the specification file, which states the differences that our app will have as compared to itranscribe. You have to tell from the attached file that we are planning for a long term relationship.
What kind of support is included? like bug fixes etc.
We may start with iPhone development first. Followed by Android development.
There will be additional features after the 1st release. Please go through the document I attached and give me a detailed proposal without which no bid will be considered.
There are some key differences in our app and itranscribe and want to make sure that your team is on the same page as mine and you will have to tell me those key differences.
I would like to be able to download the app from itunes store as well. Hence your team has to be expert in that.
What I would also like to get upon the exchange of agreed upon payment is the following:
1) Source code to the product.
2) Ability to create the App using procedures prescribed by your team , source code and then upload it on the iTunes.
3) Load that App onto our iPhones and able to run it.
4) The environment to recreate the App in our facilities.
Download itranscribe from itunes. The basic-free version will have all features but cannot do groups. Only 1 root and 10 dictations, but can send dictations via any of the delivery methods like FTP,email, webDAV, MobileMe, webshare over wifi(IP).
There's an API to do this, since gZIP is based on a standard RFC 1952, and it is a GNU product.
