Internet Chat Problem - Hostmonster Live Chat (Alive Chat)
Required skills: Chrome OS, Java, Javascript, Website Security, Windows
I can't seem to access the Hostmonster Live Chat support function on their home page (hostmonster.com). After entering the details, and on clicking the SUBMIT button, nothing happens; and there is no error message either.
I am not sure if the issue is related to Internet or Firewall settings. I am using a stand alone PC. I have tried to rule out JavaScript and pop-up blocker problems.
It would be handy if you could kindly remote into my PC using TeamViewer to troubleshoot.
