I am interested in engaging an outsourcing advisory service to launch a global trading organization whose service would span a worldwide marketplace. The operation is going to be majorly web based.
My plan is to outsource my business operation holistically via one prime world class outsourcing service provider whose role would be to coordinate all the resources necessary to help achieve our business goal.
So, I would need the help of an outsourcing advisory firm to guide and help me to produce my business case - defining the objectives, strategy and business plan, identifying the risks, defining the scope of the business operation to be outsourced and helping me to assess and selecting the most suitable third party suppliers to approach/accept for maximizing the achievement of my business objectives and negotiating appropriate agreements with these provider(s).

That means their numerical values dont touch, but on the screen they form a cross.
