So you would be updating a newsletter (about 4 hours of work), and designing 3 different banner ads (sizes) in flash. Approximately 12-18 hours work total, depending on how good you are.
Must be very proficient in flash, html, graphics design, css.
Your bid is for 1 newsletter update and 3 banner ads per month.
