set up SMTP virtual server + aspx project on Windows server

I mainly need someone who can successfully install MailEnable which is a smtp virtual server on Windows machine (remote access will be provided). Requirements:
1) have one mailbox set up that can send and receive emails
2) MailEnable allows to set up DKIM. I wish to have it set as well but if you don't know how, I can do it although I would prefer to have it done
3) set up IIS so my project in vb.net (ASPX) works as well.
4) install MySQL and make sure it works
MailEnable is not required - if you know any other good smtp software that supports DKIM and it would work, it would be OK with me.

I need to set up a VPN (openVPN or whatever) on a VPS server I just bought from the UK.
I want to be able to mask my IP basically to the UK one by connecting via VPN.
Just like services like www.strongvpn.com do.
I will be requiring this to be done on other servers on a regular basis. So I am hoping I can find someone that would be a good fit to work together on a long term basis.

Plesk 10.4 SMTP Problem on Windows Server 2008
nd subdomains on 1and1 server with 2 different IP's. I am having problem in sending emails to some of the mail servers. When I look SMTP settings in some websites like mxtoolbox it gives me the following error with SMTP settings. "Warning - Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner " want a solution for this issue ASAP.
I know its a maximum of an hour's work for an experienced individual who knows what he's doing.

Mailenable SMTP issue on windows server
This means that I can send emails, but only a small number of them , and dont seem to be able to receive them at all.
Please quote if you can fix this. i suspect that it is due to ip and domain name conflicts on the server.
Should not be much of an issue for someone who has experience of this.
Also, i would like an explanation of the issue once it is fixed,
