Add function and fix error on logo contest site

I need a programmer to fix some error left by my previous programmer, he suddenly went missing and didn't reply my emails.
Need to extend contest length period.
Need you to add a reply and delete function on the private message module.
Need you to fix error on mass payment system. Once payment is done, balance on the user account remains the same. It should be minus off.
Need to fix error on picking a winner for a contest. Right now user can pick multiple winner. I need user to only pick one winner.
I need this project to be completed by friday night or latest saturday morning.
I need a fast and thinking programmer. Must be able to solve problem on his own without asking me too much question.

I'm not an expert but I think the reason of the error is that some parts of the website are on the 1.6.1 level where other parts are still 1.5.1 (due to past problems about an update).
