Escrow payment integration for a REVERSE AUCTION website

We need the escrow payment integration for our reverse auction website.
The website is similar to GAF, but instead of projects, users are able to list products for buying and selling. Buyers can list products, seller can list products too. Users should be able to deposit money the way similar to GAF website, and users should be able to withdraw money with one way only and that is to fill in a form and submit it. The amount withdrawn or paid to other users or deposited will be displayed on the balance sheet, so the users can see the flow of their money.
You must be working on our system in order for us to test it and present to our clients.
The first half payment will be made when the project is done, and the other half will be made when all the bugs are cleared. No escrow payment upfront. Please think before you bid, thanks!

ere needs to be an automated way for the person to receive these bids when he pays for them (if thats too complicated I guess we can do it manually perhaps for now) But, what is essential is tha tthe bids that people win need to be treated as DIFFERENT BIDS from purchased bids. There will need to be a seperate bid counter for these different types of bids. BECAUSE THESE BIDS DO NOW HAVE ANY VALUE WHEN IT COMES TO BUY IT NOW. They are quite simply just bids with 0 buy back value.

Payment Integration For Website Needs To Be Fixed
I have another programmer working on the website but I need someone who can fix the dalpay integration. I own a penny auction website and when users purchased bids it would automatically credit the users account with bids. Now it wipes out the current bids in the account and does not credit the purchased bids into the account. I need this fixed ASAP.
