Odds comparison set up

I need someone to set up the odds comparison feeds from my external provider to appear on my website customized and sorted. It's about odds from 19 different bookmakers about each sport event that is offered for betting. It's not simple xml feeds like news, it's something a lot more complicated with php programming and cron jobs, so please bid only if you have done something like that before.
I can provide the documentation from the feed provider and the necessary access. Also, I can provide examples of how they are displayed on other websites.
Someone who can work during the holiday period and could complete the work as soon as possible, will have an advantage.
The website is being built by joomla, but if we have to keep this section outside joomla, then we can do it.

I need a php programmer to set up a script to take the data from the XML feeds and display the comparison of the odds between 18 betting companies. The data is there, we have all the tools on the hosting package and we need to display the data on the website in the way we want.
