Get xml feeds from other sites, to integrate them in mine

I need you to:
1. get feeds of content from other sites, and integrate those feeds in a website I have, where I already list feeds from 2 external websites.
2. create xml structure for my own site, so that other sites that want to send me xml feeds, can know the structure they need to have for their content.
3. correct my RSS file that is not working as it should, and connect it with feedburner. If you know other ways to advertise my RSS file, I would like to know.
You need to know pretty much everything about xml, mysql, php etc since my website uses php and mysql. You should also need to know how to get the content from the external sites via their feeds apis or whatever.
When you are hired the first thing I would like you to do is to visit my site, check the code, and let me know how it is working since the site was done long time ago and i lost the specs. This will also allow me to see how fast and good you are.
You need to be available online via some instant messenger.
You need to be easy to work with.
REMEMBER:
Only experts, if you are good, these tasks are fast and easy, i need this project done over this weekend or in case we dont reach an agreement this weekend, I will want to reach that agreement during the week, so that max. next weekend this project could be done.
Lots of other projects for you later if you are really good and you know how to keep budgets affordable even after our first here.

The new Wordpress site should look and function almost exactly like the existing Google Site.
