You'll need to create a Biped and skin the provided model either with Skin or Physique modifier. A test animation is required in order to check skinning.
See the attached file for the actual model wiring. The model .max file will be provided upon bid confirmation.
You can add faces if you need. The resulting work must be in 3ds Max 7 or 3ds Max 9 file version.
