Project Overview
1a) New Company Brand Design including logo, fonts and colour palette - Deadline 8 January 2010
1b) Business cards, company letterhead, envelopes, with compliments slips, internal store signage and VIP Customer Cards - Deadline 29 January 2010
Nature of Business
Driftlab will be a fashion retail store in Byron Bay offering cutting edge and unique apparel and accessories which embody the Byron culture and style. Byron Bay is a coastal town in Northern NSW Australia well known for it's surf beaches, natural beauty and alternative relaxed lifestyle.
The store will differentiate itself from the competition by offering high quality products from brands that are a step above the current abundance of bland surf fashion on offer in Byron. The Driftlab store atmosphere, design, staff and products will be a fusion of the relaxed beach and urban street cultures. The brand identity and logo need to reflect the same. The products will initially only be offered in-store until mid 2010 when customers will be able to purchase products online via Driftlab's online shopping website.
Overall business objective
In two to five years the aim is one store will grow to many around metropolitan and where a gap exists, regaional Australia. Driftlab will continue to offer quality and unique external brands both in store and online as well as developing and selling it's own apparel brand early in the second year.

We will also provide a picture of a vehicle that the branding should be added to to provide a concept for having the vehicle painted with the logo/brand and graphics
