PHP Web App- 5 PHP questions ***Required within 8HOURS***

OK I have got coursework consisting of 5 simple questions relating to PHP scripts and application. basically questions consist of making a simple php application that will allow the users to carry out different functions which include displaying all the a properties that are available for sell, properties/houses that are below a certain price, allowing a user to enter a search term and results will be displayed of all the properties containing the users search term, displaying on the screen all details of properties which are below a maximum price entered by the user etc . i have attached the document with the 5 questions
here is an example of one of the questions:

I do need this done within the next "8 HOURS" so has to be someone who works quick, writes simple code that also includes comments. look forward to hearing from you. thanks

PHP Web service
PHP code must connect using php-curl, so an xml-data string will be posted. The problem is, as stated, to generate to SOAP-headers (WSSE/WSU) reqiured so that the request is accepted.
